Latest on NSF elections:  Revised time table for NSF elections released by Sports Ministry

A revised timetable for the National Sports Federation (NSF) elections has been released by the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports.

A statement released by the ministry indicated that the deadline for submission of forms would now be on May 19, while verification of names of representatives of other constituencies except those from the zones would take place between May 23 and May 24.

Zonal elections hold on May 25, while bye elections arising from petitions and appeals at Zonal and Constituency levels would take place on June 7.

It said that June 13, would still remain as the date for elections into positions of Federations’ Presidents and Vice-Presidents while the inauguration of the Boards of National Sports Federations hold on July 13.

  9. Hearing of Petitions and Appeals arising from the National Elections 19 – 27 June, 2017
  10. Bye-elections arising from Petitions and Appeals from the National Elections 4th July, 2017
