A friend of Erik’s, 20-year-old Jordan Jaime Silver, has been arrested in connection with the shooting. Friends and family of the young mom and her boyfriend have been left to wonder why Jordan would have committed such a crime during the Florida rap video shoot.Jordan has been charged with murder by Florida authorities for allegedly killing the young mom during the rap video shoot. According to People magazine, Jordan has specifically been charged by Florida authorities with first-degree attempted premeditated murder with a firearm and second-degree murder with a firearm for allegedly slaying the mom during the rap video shoot.
The young mom and her boyfriend first gathered to film the video on the night of July 26 at the Wimauma, Florida, home of a pair of friends, Giovinie Bosques and his girlfriend. Jordan arrived at the video shoot, Giovinie reports, with a black semiautomatic handgun that seemed to come outfitted with a laser pointer. There is at least one point in the footage in which Jordan is seen holding a handgun. According to the Florida arrest report, he was behaving “erratically” during the rap video shoot with the mom and the others. Giovinie had to advise him to settle down.

At that point, Giovini picked up the camera and began to make a run for it.
