Gulder Ultimate Search, a popular Nigerian reality television show, has returned to the screen after a seven-year hiatus.
In the early 2000s, the show, which is based on the survival instincts of its contestants, dominated the Nigerian airwaves.
The show, which premiered in 2004, lasted 11 seasons before being cancelled in 2016. Gulder Ultimate Search, The show, which was created by Nigerian Breweries Plc, has spawned some celebrities.
Kunle Remi, winner of the 2010 edition; Dennis Okike, winner of the season 8 edition; and Chris Okagbue, winner of the season 10 edition have all become household names in the entertainment sector.
Nigerian Breweries (NB) Plc. officially announced the show’s return, with the theme “The Age of Craftsmanship” this year.
Interested participants must be Nigerians aged 21 to 35 years old to apply. Between September 1, 2021, and September 8, 2021, applications should be sent to www.gulderultimatesearch.ng
Shortlisted applicants will compete in a regional screening procedure on September 13 and 14 in Abuja and Enugu, with the final selection taking place in Lagos on September 16 and 17, 2021.
The show will be broadcast across the country on DStv and other local stations. The show’s host, on the other hand, is yet to be revealed.
